Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at caroline@danmartinjewelers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Standard Jewelry Purchases: Items in their original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Ring Sizing: Rings sized to 6.75 or 7 may be returned. Rings sized to any other measurement are considered modified designs and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, except for store credit.

• Notes on Resizing: If a customer requests a specific ring size and we provide the ring in that size, Dan Martin Jewelers cannot be held responsible if the fit is not as expected. We are happy to offer resizing services at 50% of the standard resizing fee for that item, plus applicable shipping costs.

• Custom Items: All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• We offer exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date.

• If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, valid for use within our store.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Customized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned

• Sized jewelry (including rings and bracelets) can only be returned for store credit.

Process for Returns/Exchanges

1. Contact us at caroline@danmartinjewelers.com or call (919)275-2994 within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

2. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Ship the item back in its original packaging, or bring it directly to our store.
